What tools do I need to install TrimLogic products?
You can use standard woodworking tools such as fine-toothed, carbide-finished trim blades for cutting, and standard drill bits for drilling. Avoid using metal-cutting blades.
How should I store TrimLogic materials before installation?
Store TrimLogic on a flat, level surface and keep it protected from direct sunlight and high temperatures. Leave the protective covering on until you're ready to install.
How do I cut and fasten TrimLogic?
Cut TrimLogic using tools designed for wood, ensuring proper support to avoid rough edges. Fasten within 2 inches of the edges using stainless steel or hot-dipped galvanized fasteners. Avoid using staples, small brads, or wire nails.
What is the recommended method for gluing TrimLogic joints?
Use AZEK Cellular PVC Cement for all trim-to-trim joints, ensuring a compression fit for the strongest bond. Use scarf joints with two fasteners per side and avoid nailing directly through joints.
What type of paint should I use on TrimLogic?
